Florence RV and Automotive Specialist has maintained a towing service as part of their services complement from the onset.

Today we have three tow vehicles in our small fleet, two roller backs and one traditional tow truck. We are the local AAA Representatives, if you’re a AAA Member you will need to contact AAA Services and they will coordinate your services with our road side service and towing support team. 

Please note that We do not respond to requests to tow vehicles that have traveled off the main roads and byways, most specifically out on to the Oregon Dunes or vehicles that have traveled off maintained Forest Service roads and need towing services. 
There are specialty towing services available in the Florence area and can be found in the area Yellow Page listings. 

We are on call with all of our law enforcement agencies, i.e. Oregon State Patrol, Lane County Sheriffs Department and Florence Police Department and being that We are also the Certified AAA Towing Service in this area, whenever law enforcement is notified that a vehicle is covered by AAA they will contact us at request. 
Please note that an impound tow service is not provided by any insurer and that those cost are the responsibility of the vehicle owner and driver. 

We do work with numerous Insurance Providers and will be happy to assist you in securing reimbursement for our services when its appropriate.
