Florence RV & Automotive Specialist offers nearly four acres of RV, Automotive and Marine Out Of Doors Storage Space at the back end of our property.

There is a large RV Turn Around loop at the back end of our property, the center of that loop is set aside for overflow from our service center, the remaining area on the outside parameters of that driveway is reserved for storage space.

The three sides of the property are surrounded by thick brier patches and trees, that make it a challenge even for black bears to traverse through. As you enter the facility you are under security camera surveillance, not to mention that there are multiple parties who reside full time on the facility grounds.

The area is patrolled by local law enforcement and the State Patrol office is located near the rear corner of the property. We have had very little trouble with theft or vandalism at this location over the years.

The storage space rate is $60.00 per month, there is no minimum commitment requirements, it is a month to month contract, you may pay in advance if you prefer but it is not necessary.

Florence RV & Automotive Specialist, is setup for mobile diagnostics and repairs when it’s warranted or at the request of our customers. It is of course more costly when our technicians are required to work in the field and while our mobile units are armed with many tools, wedo often times encounter situations that require additional equipment or parts, that will equate more time, and in this line of business, time is valuable.

There are instances where it is feasible and cost effect for our technician to come to you and make your repair on site. In those instances we will schedule a time to arrive, make repairs and be on our way.

There are also  times when we will recognize that your repair may be more complex than thought and will recommend that we provide you with a transportation solution for your vehicle from it’s location to ours, where we have the necessary equipment to complete your repairs.

In either scenario rest assured that we are looking for the most cost effective means possible to meet your needs.  We do understand that in some circumstances the customer is willing to pay the added cost of onsite repairs and we will continue to honor those customers wishes when they are made known to us.

Florence RV and Automotive Specialist has maintained a towing service as part of their complement from the onset. Today we have three tow vehicles in our small fleet, two roller backs and one traditional tow truck.

We do not tow vehicles who have traveled off the main roads and byways, most specifically out on to the Dunes or backup in the mountains on dirt roads.

We are on call with all of our law enforcement agencies, i.e. Oregon State Patrol, Lane County Sheriffs Department and Florence Police Department. We are also a Certified AAA Towing Service in this area.

We work with numerous Insurance Providers and will be happy to assist you in securing reimbursement for our services when its appropriate.
