Florence RV & Automotive Specialist offers nearly four acres of RV, Automotive and Marine Out Doors Storage Space at the back end of our property.

There is a large RV Turn Around loop at the back end of our property, the center of that loop is set aside for overflow from our service center, the remaining area on the outside parameters of that driveway is reserved for monthly vehicle storage space.

There is a thick brush and tree barrier that that provides our outdoor storage area with a natural security zone surrounding the rear and sides of our property perimeter that make it a challenge even for black bears and other local wildlife to traverse through.

We have multiple business residences located on our property, that make it difficult for intruders to enter or exit our property without being noticed. 

Our business location is located within the City Limits and is regularly patrolled by patrolled by local law enforcement and not by coincidence, the Oregon State Patrol offices are  located near the rear corner of the property. We have had very little trouble with theft or vandalism at this location over the years.

Our storage space rate is $60.00 per month and there is no minimum commitment requirements, it is a month to month contract, you may pay in advance if you prefer but it is not necessary.
