Won’t last long, not at this price. This is an exceptionally nice 2013 Thor Palazzo 33.1 series, diesel pusher motorhome. A one owner, who, due to health, was unable to make as much use of it as he would like to have.
The 6000 Watt Onan Diesel Generator, has less than 70 hours recorded on it and is a very quiet running unit. The same is true of the Cumins 330 Diesel Powerplant, with the Allison 6 Speed Automatic Transmission all resting on highly rated and much trusted Freightliner chassis.
There are two slides, one large slide out in the living area and another spacious slide out in the bedroom that provides plenty of added closet and drawer spaces, and lots of room to walk around both sides of the queen size bed, when getting in and out or making it up.
The interior is designed and constructed of quality materials. The driver and passenger seats, as well as the sofa/sleeper and dining booth/sleeper, and swivel reclining easy chair are all wrapped in soft leather, and are as comfortable as they are beautiful.
The drivers and passengers seats both swivel 360 degrees and add to your living room seating at your destinations. Tile flooring is the smart RV floor covering and has become the standard in modern RV construction. Most owners purchase throw rugs that match the decor and place them where they feel they are appropriate throughout the coach.
The cabinets and drawers are well constructed and include good quality hardware in their assembly, hinges, drawer slides, latches, handles etc… throughout.
A corian countertop and sink covers provide plenty of room for chef to prepare meals, a 3 burner propane stove, and overhead microwave / convection oven allow you the best of both worlds in cooking, with the convection oven being capable of baking as a traditional electric or propane oven does, and the microwave capability when a quick meal preparation is prefered.
While not a double wide refrigerator and freezer, it is very spacious and efficient in providing plenty of storage room in both the freezer compartment, and refrigerator areas, built in ice-maker included.
There is lots of storage space, above and below throughout the kitchen area, with the Convection Oven cook and bakeware nested in the compartment above the oven. There is a slide out corian top chopping block and counter space extension, with a hinged lift up cover that provides an excellent space for various cutlery and slicing / dicing accessories.
The dining booth is a well thought out compliment, with a wrap around sofa like seat and removable center post table, that allows for it to second as a second comfortable couch like setting area next to the sofa sleeper and adjacent the swivel recliner chair.
The Dining wrap around seat also seconds as an extra sleeping arrangement wherein the table top drops in to opening in the center and fills in with back rest cushions to complete a very spacious bed for a guest or guests.
With a central heat and air like thermostat climate control system, ducted and vented front to rear as well as providing climate control assets in the basement (under storage compartments) areas of the coach, will provide you with the perfect temperature any time of day or night and season of the year. There is also a propane blower driven furnace system that can be used as a primary or as a secondary heat source if prefered or needed.
The Thor Palazzo was designed to be used all year round in all kinds of weather conditions, an excellent choice for those who do not want to be limited to where they can travel or the destinations they would like to travel to, due to the weather conditions they might face, hot or cold.
The owners of this motorhome, loved to travel and did manage to get some traveling accomplished before health conditions developed and brought that chapter of their life to a close. I mention this to clarify that it is not “in new condition” as many would likely suggest.
It is in very good condition, the interior could and should be likened to like new condition, the exterior, still washes and waxes up to be a very beautiful motorhome, with all the graphics great condition. There are minor and I do mean minor little paint chips here and there where gravel from a passing vehicle likely tossed up and bounced off here and there.
Nothing that one of the quick touch up paint pens you can get from nearly any Auto Parts store or online, that has the area prep tip, the matching paint reservoir and the clear coat reservoir at the opposing end of the pen, couldn’t make disappear. There are awnings over the slideouts, and a large powered shade awning that rolls out for those summer evenings when you want to enjoy a slight breeze out from under the hot sun, or on those days when a light rain or drizzle rolls in and you can still enjoy relaxing or bbqing in the out of doors.

Because our phones are the target of so many uninvited callers these days, I will generally leave my phone to voice messaging, please leave a brief message and I will call you or message you back. You may also feel free to text message me also.
I can do a live walk through with you and focus in on any key areas or concerns you might have. I try to provide prospective buyers with as much information as I can, in an effort to help people confirm or eliminate our inventory selections, not wanting them to make trips unnecessarily, or to make the trek here to make purchases, confident that they have been provided with a real assessment of whatever it is that they intend to purchase.
I will avail you of anything and everything that might be of concern or act as a deterrent to your purchase. No one likes that awkward moment when a customer arrives and responds, “you didn’t tell me about this”, or “you didn’t send me a picture of this”.
I will to a fault, disclose everything, if there is an issue, you will be made aware of it. In some instances it may not be a detourant, in some instances, it may be something I can negotiate to either compensate you via a partial discount to cover the cost of repair, or secure permission from the seller to make repairs and compensate our service providers compensation upon completion.
Florence RV Consignment, does complete a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) on our sales, prior to the buyer taking physical possession of them. This inspection assures the buyer that all of the most critical elements and aspects of their purchases have been inspected, tested and verified as being in good repair prior to their departure.
If an issue is identified in that process, unless the seller has specified AS IS, in advance of the sale, the issue is resolved at the sellers expense. If the seller has specified that the RV is to be sold AS IS, then the buyer would be provided the option to provide for the cost of resolving the issue, or negotiate the purchase price to compensate for any cost.
The PDI is not intended to be a nit pick inspection, we are selling and you are buying a pre-owned RV or auto, and there are matters of general wear and tear that are to be expected.
The PDI is intended to inspect all of the primary elements and components, motor, transmission, chassis, brakes, steering, air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, generator, lights, furnace, hot water heater, water pump, slide out operations and seals, verify that no leaks exist and so on. If anything is detected, it will be reported to our lead technician, who will delegate the repair prior to delivery.
