2007 Holiday Rambler Next Level 38′ Toy Hauler

$25,559 Or Best Offer

Won’t last long, if your in the market, then you need to move fast.  In 2002 The Monaco Company took over the construction of all Holiday Rambler RVs.

I have been involved with RV marketing and sales here at Florence RV Consignment, in Florence, Oregon, going on 17 years, and this is the first and only Holiday Rambler Toy Hauler that I’ve had the privilege of selling.

Upon it’s arrival I learned that Holiday Rambler or Monaco, if you like had only made two Toy Haulers in their line up.  For those of you who don’t understand why I’m making so much fanfare about the Holiday Rambler and the fact that it’s built by Monaco, Monaco has, for many years been deemed the very top of the RV industry in quality and dependability of their RVs.

The Holiday Rambler RV has been a part of America’s RV history for a half a century, and continues to be recognized as one of the highest rated RV products today.

The rarity of the Toy Hauler line up offered by Holiday Rambler, coupled with comparison of this toy hauler with the numerous other manufactures and models available, places this 2007 5th Wheel Toy Hauler at the very top of the line, as it has been and as it should be.

The exterior is still in very good condition, no signs of delamination and the decals still polish up and look almost good as new.  The triple axle setup with new tires and wheels, splits up the towing weight to  a ridiculous hitch load of 2500 lbs.

The math is available on the passenger side of the RV.  Total GRVW is 18000 pounds, the triple axle formula indicates a towing weight load of 2500 lbs.  Conceivably a 1/2 ton truck could safely tow it.

There is good ground clearance, allowing it to be towed in to outdoor settings that many  other RV’s and Toy Haulers could not.  The Monaco company has a long time reputation of providing its workers with a generous and competitive salary and benefits package, they also have a reputation of using quality materials and components in the construction of their RV.

That equals experienced, loyal employees, assembling your RV with top quality materials, like real wood cabinetry and hardware, counter tops, water heater, furnace, heat and air systems, Onan Generators, this one has about 600 total hours on it, using the two petro fuel storage fueling tanks for its fuel needs.

Inside you will find two large queen, almost king size motorized beds that drop down from the ceiling at the rear of the RV ahead of the rear ramp garage door. Once at your destination, and you have unloaded your Toys, they make for comfortable sleeping for two or three adults each.

The dining booth folds up flush to the passenger side wall and the sofa sleeper also folds up flush to the drivers side wall, to make room for all the toys that most of us would ever want to bring along.

The garage area is about 24′ from front to rear and with the exception of the 2 1/2′ slide out it’s wide open to accomodate more than a few toys. To include side-by-sides. 4 wheelers, motorcycles, even a couple of Smart Cars would fit comfortably in it.

When I first inspected the interior of this Toy Hauler, I knew instantly that I was in a Holiday Rambler. The bedroom is spacious with a slide out as well, allowing lots of drawer, closet and storage space throughout.  The end full length and height closet with sliding mirror doors, could accommodate an all in one washer/dryer or even a stack set.

There is a large glassed in shower stall with plenty of ro0m for even big tall guys and  gals, who need elbow room to clean up.  The queen size bed is easy to access on both sides for making the bed, a big deal to many RV buyers, the toilet is in a room of its own and also is spacious enough, for folks to comfortably make use of.

I mention this because many RV have small cramped toilet stalls, and toilets that are low to the ground and difficult to use for mature owners, who don’t want to have to pull on bars to stand up or can’t find room for their knees when they set down.

Comfort and quality is the theme throughout this RV.  There is a large power awning outside shade and shelter from the sun, rain, snow, and anything else but wind. Everyone knows that Awnings and wind are not best friends, a power awning is an easy retreat when needed and is only a button push away inside the door.

The two fueling stations, coupled with the generator, inverter and converter makes boondocking easy for those who truly like to get away from it all and leave civilization behind, without leaving the comforts of home behind as well.

The Convection/Microwave Oven and 3 propane burner stove top, spacious counter top, double stainless steel sink, pull out and retractable vegetable sprayer wand, and surrounding drawers, pantry and cupboard arrangement, will provide you with a kitchen where a cook can really feel at home when its time to prepare meals.

This RV can comfortably sleep  10 to 12 adults. With kids even more.  For a Couple you’ll almost feel like your still at home when it comes to space to stretch out, relax and have fun.

This is  a 4 season RV without specifically saying so.  It’s surrounded top, bottom and sides with insulation, by design.  There is a generous storage space in the basement, which is  uncommon for most 5th wheel trailers.

50  amp service, blackwater, greywater and freshwater tanks, fresh water hookup  and fill, septic hookup and drain/flush features, leveling all  around, cable, satellite, phone hookup points, front side outdoor access for the same  amenities for summer time outdoor relaxation and entertainment.

I could and will go on about what a great deal this will be for the right person or persons.  Priced to sell  at $25595.00 or best offer.   The current owner is motivated to get it sold so don’t hesitate to make an offer if you feel the price is outside of your budget.  I will gladly present it to them for you.

We have a new company policy that requires that interested parties, making offers, provide a 10% security down payment based on the amount they are offering.  If the offer is accepted the down payment will be applied to the total cost. If the seller rejects the offer the down payment will be refunded in full.  If the seller presents a counter offer and the buyer accepts, the deposit amount will be applied to the total payment due.

The only event that would result in the loss of the deposit, is if the seller does  agree to accept the buyers offer, and the buyer  does not follow through with the purchase, for any reason.

When a seller acts in good faith and agrees to reduce their payoff amount and the prospective buyer does not follow thru, it almost always results in a loss of good faith and trust between ourselves and the seller, with them questioning the authenticity of our  request of them to reduce the amount they are contracted to receive upon it’s sale.

We are also unable to show or continue attempting to sell the RV once a deposit has been placed on it, for a period of 10 days.

Please let us know if you have any concerns, or questions about this RV. You may contact us via our contact request link, or you may also leave a voice or text message @541-991-2001.  We often times will let calls go to message, if we  do not recognize the caller, due to the increasing spam activity that we all face on a daily basis.
