This is a 2004 Fleetwood Fiesta Class A motorhome that needs to find a new owner. With less than 60000 miles of adventure under the hood, you can rest assured that there are many more years and miles of adventuring the open road ahead.
This is a one owner, that was part of a retirement plan, wherein it would be their new home on wheels, that brought them across and around the United States and eventually found them across the country from their original destination of the state of Florida, in the small Oregon Coastal Community of Florence, Oregon, which has, for many years been considered one of America’s top retirement meccas.
As you enter this motorhome it is immediately apparent that they were not happy with some of the factory furnishings, and being a master wood worker, with a love for natural rustic wood decor, a handcrafted dining table, made from a cross cut of a Florida Pine Tree, that is supported by a solid cut length of timber, also from a Florida Pine Tree, both with their original bark edges sealed and preserved in their natural state. Office Chairs were selected for seating at that table, which in their case were appropriate, since they were and continue to work from home and their dining table seconded for their office in between meals.
I mention this table in some detail, because I recognize that often times, what is appealing, or practical to one RV owner, may not be a shared value to a prospective buyer or buyers.
While the original dinning booth is no longer available, they are fairly generic and universal in design, and can be purchased pre-owned and installed at a reasonable cost, or many RV’ers are purchasing and installing collapsable dining tables and chairs, wherein the tables are hinged to the wall of the RV and fold down flat to the wall when not in use, the chairs are or can be upholstered and can be folded and stored under the bed or in a closet when not in use.
The overall condition of this Motorhome is very good, the appliances and other components are all reported as being in good working condition by the sellers.
The exterior of this motorhome, as you see in the photographs, and video, the exterior condition of this RV is also in good condition.
It is important to make clear to prospective buyers, that the age of the tires on this motorhome would warrant their replacement. The sellers, reduced their agreed upon payoff amount by 2000.00 dollars, as a gesture to compensate the buyers with a generous tire purchase allowance.
A PDI, Pre-Delivery-Inspection is conducted on every sale completed. In the PDI process, we inspect, test and verify that your RV is in good working order and is ready for your use, prior to your taking possession of it.
