2003 Winnebago Adventurer 38G great condition, Adventure Ready!
This is a really nice motorhome that is road ready and road worthy from front to rear. With relatively low miles on the Chevy Vortec 8.1L engine and 6 speed automatic transmission, with steering stabilization, you will be riding in comfort and in a coach that has many more years of adventure for its next owner.
The body is still straight and smooth, no delamination signs, there is a couple of small cosmetic fracture points in the fiberglass at the rear drivers side of the coach which is scheduled for repair, paid for by the seller. Otherwise the paint and decals are still in very nice condition and will buff out nicely and appear as they did when it was new.
Inside you will find that it is also well maintained and in very good condition. Flex Steel 8 way power leather seats for both the driver and the passenger, and that also swivel 360 degrees acting as comfortable seating when setup for use. The sofa folds out for extra sleeping space as does the dining table. There is a large overstuffed recliner for living room relaxation as well.
Wired for television complete with new digital televisions upgraded from analog in both the living area and bedroom. There is a full awning for outdoor BBQs and gentle breezes, resting out of the sun when desired.
The kitchen is designed for practical use, complete with stove top burners, a microwave oven and propane oven as well. Double kitchen sinks, and a large 10 CU ft 3 way refrigerator / freezer. The bathroom is generous in space with a large step in shower with sliding door, there is a fold down seat on the wall of the shower that allows you to set down while showering and soak or wash your legs and feet.
There is room for a combo washer and dryer in the bathroom area positioned on an exterior wall so that it can be vented so as not to create any condensation inside the MH when in use. I mention this because many motorhome buyers are now inquiring about washer and dryer availability and options.
The bedroom has a slide out section that allows for easy walk around the bed to make it, and surrounded by many drawers and closets for your closes and other bedroom storage items. There is also a great deal of additional storage under the bed, and in the basement area under the motorhome.
There is a 10 thousand pound rated tow hitch assembly, wired up and ready to accommodate anything you might want to place in tow, boat, car, ATV’s or what have you.
This is a 2003 motorhome, but it is in better overall condition that many newer motorhomes. There are no signs of leaks anywhere through out the coach, there is an Onan 5000 watt generator that runs excellent, and produces more than enough power to meet all the needs and demands of the home, in times where 30 or 50 amp service is not available or during power outages.
This is going to make someone a great home away from home in the near future. its worth every penny that is being asked for it, based on NADA/Blue Book values and more importantly Fair Market Value Assessment, which is the amount that most are paying for this same RV throughout the western united states. I invite you to look as well, and am confident that you will find our asking prices to be very competitive and reasonable.
