This motorhome was placed on consignment with us, by it’s se3cond owners, a young professional couple, who cared for it as well as it’s original owners, as it remains in very nice condition for a 19 year old motorhome.
A younger couple purchased it as a temporary home while searching for a home to purchase in the area, which is no small task with a booming home sales market.
Everything is checked out to be in good working condition, there are no leaks or water damages evidenced, there is an all in one washer and dryer unit in the bathroom closet, a large glassed in shower stall, a nice vanity, sink, with drawers and cabinets enough to store your toiletries.
The master bedroom has space enough for a home queen or RV King size bed. complete with an upgraded digital TV. The carpeting and floor covering is still in very nice condition. A professional carpet and upholstery cleaning will be provided as part of the PDI, Pre-Delivery Inspection and services, by our local mobile carpet and upholstery cleaning companies, Neil’s Carpet and Upholstery, who has provided us and our community with excellent results for many years.

On a closing note, there is one issue that does need to be addressed. A 3M protection film was applied to the face of this motorhome, as was the case with most all higher end motorhome. Over time it deteriorates and becomes flakey and no longer protects the cosmetics of the face of the motorhome.
There are essentially two different courses that Motorhome owners have pursued in addressing this matter, one is contracting a company that specializes in removing the 3M material without removing all the paint with it, which is what happens if not addressed professionally, and leaving the owners spending more than double what it would have cost to have it done professionally, or the most common course that RV owners opt, which is to purchase a custom made vinyl bra that covers the face of the RV below and above the windshield.
The sellers have agreed to provide a purchase price reduction of $500.00 to allow the new owners or buyers to pursue either avenue they wish, or they will order the bra for the motorhome and have it installed at the time of purchase.
